Create a Video Message for Your Students

Connecting with your students is a great way to personalize the instruction and help them feel connected to you. Below is a series of tutorials on how to create a message or storytime video for your students. They will love it!

Set up:

  • You will need QuickTime Player on your laptop or the Camera App on your iPad

  • Materials for your message

  • Boxes/Books or a family member to help capture the video (Below is a picture of my set up)

Here is a short video of how to create a video message using QuickTime Player on your MacBook or the Camera App on your iPad.

Now you are ready to upload your video to Seesaw or Google Classroom using your MacBook or iPad. See the tutorials below for help.
